Why we're building this

Companies drown in 10,000 applicants but can't find the 10 worth interviewing. Great recruiters burn hours on sourcing and admin instead of doing the part only they can do — reading people. Candidates get spammed by agencies that don't understand their work.

The tools got better, but the outcome didn't. Roles still take months to fill. Retainers still buy promises, not results. Good recruiters still leak money to ops overhead.
